file formats

Three advantages of RAW file: its higher in dynamic range, more control how your photo looks, 8 bits per color

disadvantage of RAW file: not as sharp

three advantages of JPEG: higher in contrast, sharper, not in need of correction a lot of the time.

disadvantage of JPEG: lower in dynamic range

1. A raw file retains all of the data after it is captured by a camera
2. contrast, balance, highlights and shadows are things you can edit with a raw photo.
3. your memory card wont be able to hold as many photos while shooting in raw.
4. You can learn to alter and edit your photos to the way you like with raw

1. i have used JPEG and RAW
2. Raster: data describes the characteristics of each pixel Vector: geometric description that can be smoothly rendered at any size.
